VaastuShilp (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an interior design studio registered in India, operating from C-74, Second Floor, Ring Road, Radhey Shyam Mandir Marg, Ramesh Nagar, Delhi 110015. We provide residential, commercial, and office interior design services. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through www.vaastushilp.com (the “Site”).

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services:

  • Contact form submissions: name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you write.
  • Cookies and usage data: We use cookies that are essential for site operation. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
  • reCAPTCHA: Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent spam. Google may collect device and usage data as described in their Privacy Policy.

  • To respond to your project enquiries and consultation requests.
  • To send project updates and communication relevant to your engagement with us.
  • To maintain records as required under applicable law.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the contact form) and, where applicable, to fulfil a contract or pre-contractual obligation at your request. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at info@vaastushilp.com.

5. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months to allow us to respond to follow-up enquiries and maintain project history. Data is deleted sooner upon your written request.

6. Data security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Our systems are hosted on industry-standard cloud infrastructure with access restricted to authorised staff. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure of your data where we no longer have a lawful basis to retain it.
  • Withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
  • Raise a grievance with us or with the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Third-party services

The Site uses the following third-party services which may process data independently:

  • Google reCAPTCHA — spam prevention on contact forms.
  • Google Maps — embedded map on the contact page (no data stored by us).
  • Vercel — our hosting provider; processes request logs per their privacy policy.
  • Amazon Web Services (S3 / CloudFront) — image and asset delivery.

9. Cookies

We use only session-essential cookies required for the Site to function. No advertising or analytics cookies are set without your explicit consent. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this may affect certain features of the Site.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
