3D concept and walkthrough

We produce a full space plan showing every workstation, meeting room, circulation path, and utility zone. Then we render it in 3D so you can see — and amend — the design before any construction starts. For larger offices, we produce an interactive 360° panorama walkthrough so leadership teams can review the design together.

Material and furniture specification

Office furniture and finishes are a long-term investment. We specify ergonomic workstations, chairs that meet minimum ergonomic standards (height-adjustable where appropriate), lighting at 300–500 lux for task areas (and dimmer for meeting rooms), acoustic panels where background noise is a problem, and surface materials that handle the wear of daily office life. Every specification is priced in an itemised quotation.

Supervised fit-out

Our site team coordinates civil work, electrical, data and network cabling conduit, HVAC positioning, and furniture installation. We work to your lease-start date or business-continuity deadline. For phased fit-outs in occupied buildings, we sequence work to minimise disruption.
