Turnkey Projects

Concept to handover, fully managed.

Turnkey Projects

A turnkey interior project means exactly what it sounds like: you hand over a key at the start, and we hand back a finished, move-in-ready space at the end. No coordination between a designer and a separate contractor. No sourcing furniture from one vendor and fittings from another. No site visits to manage workers. One team, one contract, one point of contact from concept to handover.

Vaastushilp has been delivering turnkey interior projects in Delhi NCR for over 12 years. We have handed over hundreds of homes, offices, retail stores, and commercial spaces on time and within the agreed budget. This is our core offering.

What is included in a turnkey project?

A full turnkey scope covers every stage of the interior delivery:

Why turnkey instead of managing it yourself?

Managing an interior project yourself means hiring a designer, then separately finding a contractor, then sourcing materials, then coordinating the carpenter, the electrician, the plumber, and the painter — all of whom have different schedules, different priorities, and no accountability to each other. Every delay in one trade creates a cascade of delays in the next.

The hidden cost of self-managing is not just the time you spend on site calls and WhatsApp groups. It is the design-to-execution gap that opens when a designer who is not present on site cannot prevent a contractor from substituting a cheaper material, installing something in the wrong position, or cutting corners on a detail they think you will not notice.

With a turnkey approach, we own the entire chain. The design we approved together is the design that gets built. Any deviation requires our approval, not just the contractor's judgement.

How we manage turnkey projects

Design freeze before execution starts

We do not break ground until you have approved the final 3D design and itemised quotation. Changes during execution are expensive for everyone. Changes before execution cost nothing.

Milestone-based progress and payments

Work is structured around clear milestones — civil completion, carpentry completion, installation, finishing — with a site inspection and your approval at each stage before the next begins. Payments are tied to these milestones, not to arbitrary time intervals.

Dedicated site supervisor

A Vaastushilp site supervisor is present on your project site every working day. They are your eyes on-site, enforcing specifications, coordinating trades, and flagging issues to the design team before they become problems for you.

Fixed-price contract

We work on fixed-price contracts based on the approved design and specification. If you change the specification mid-project, we quote the variation before proceeding. You are never surprised by a bill that does not match what you agreed.

Typical project timelines

  • 2BHK apartment (complete turnkey): 12–16 weeks
  • 3BHK apartment: 16–22 weeks
  • Villa or independent house: 20–30 weeks depending on scope
  • Commercial fit-out (1,000–2,000 sq ft): 8–12 weeks
  • Office fit-out (2,000–5,000 sq ft): 10–14 weeks

Areas we cover

We deliver turnkey interior projects across Delhi (all areas), Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. Our studio is in Ramesh Nagar, West Delhi, with site teams that operate across the entire NCR.

What does a turnkey project cost?

Turnkey project costs depend on scope, size, and material specification. A complete 2BHK turnkey residential project in Delhi typically runs ₹10–18 lakh at a mid-range material grade. A premium 3BHK with high-end materials would be ₹22–40 lakh. Commercial turnkey projects are priced per sq ft based on the specification.

We provide a fully itemised quotation — design, civil, carpentry, sourcing, project management — before you sign anything. You know what you are paying for before you pay it.
