3D Visualization
Photoreal previews before a single wall moves.

Before any wall moves or rupee is spent on materials, you should be able to walk through your finished space. That is what 3D visualisation and virtual reality design makes possible. At Vaastushilp, 3D design is not an add-on or an upgrade — it is a standard part of every project we take on.
We produce photoreal 3D renderings and interactive 360° panorama walkthroughs that let you experience your interior design before execution begins. If you do not like what you see, we change it — before any material is ordered or any tool touches a wall.
What we produce
Photoreal still renders
High-resolution, photorealistic images of your space — accurate to the material, lighting, and furniture choices you have approved. These are not architectural diagrams. They are indistinguishable from photographs of finished interiors. We produce renders for every room in your project, from multiple camera angles, so you can evaluate the design from the perspectives that matter.
Interactive 360° panoramas
A 360° panorama is a spherical render you can explore with your mouse or on a mobile device — looking up, looking around, zooming into a detail. Instead of a single frozen viewpoint, you experience the room from any angle. For large projects (full apartments, offices, commercial spaces), we connect multiple panorama nodes into a virtual walkthrough — you move from the entrance to the living room to the kitchen to the master bedroom as if walking through a finished space.
Animated walkthroughs
For presentation-quality output — useful for builders, developers, and commercial clients who need to present a design to investors or board members — we also produce animated fly-through videos of completed interior spaces.
Why 3D visualisation matters
Most interior design disappointments happen because clients approved a 2D floor plan and a material board without being able to see how those choices would look assembled in three-dimensional space. A floor plan cannot tell you whether the sofa is going to feel too large for the room. A material sample cannot tell you what the kitchen will look like when all the elements are together. A lighting plan on paper cannot tell you how the room will feel at dusk.
3D visualisation eliminates all of those unknowns before they become expensive mistakes. Every change you make to the design in 3D costs nothing. The same change made after the false ceiling is up or the tiles are laid costs significantly more — in money, in time, and in the disruption of undoing and redoing work.
The role of 3D in our design process
At Vaastushilp, 3D visualisation is embedded in our design process rather than added at the end as a presentation tool:
Design development in 3D
We build our concepts in 3D from the start. This means when we propose a particular furniture configuration or a material pairing, we are already checking it works spatially, not just on paper. We catch proportion problems and material clashes early — before you see the design — rather than after.
Client approval in 3D
The 3D renders we share with you are the design approval stage. If you want to change the wall colour, swap the sofa, or try a different tile, we update the model and re-render. We iterate until you are fully comfortable with what you see. Only then do we proceed to an itemised cost quotation and execution.
Reference for execution
The approved 3D model becomes the specification document for the site team. Every detail in the render — the height of a dado rail, the position of a light point, the direction a cabinet door opens — is executed to match. The design does not get "interpreted" by a contractor. It gets built.
Standalone 3D visualisation service
We also offer 3D visualisation as a standalone service for architects, builders, developers, and clients who have their own contractors but want high-quality renders before proceeding. If you have a floor plan or CAD drawing, we can produce photoreal renders and 360° panoramas from it without managing the construction.
Technology we use
We work with industry-standard 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray) to produce our renders, and custom panorama players for the interactive walkthroughs. The panoramas are hosted privately and shared via a link — you can explore them on any device, share them with family members who are not in the room, and refer back to them throughout the project.
Who benefits most from 3D visualisation?
- Homeowners buying a new flat or renovating an existing home — especially those making large material investments they cannot easily reverse
- NRI clients who cannot visit the site frequently during execution and need to approve design remotely
- Commercial clients (restaurant groups, retail brands) who need to present a design to investors or franchise partners before committing
- Builders and developers who want to market flats with furnished virtual walkthroughs before construction is complete
- Architects who want better client visualisation than their CAD software produces
