Our residential design process

We follow a clear five-stage process that keeps you informed and in control at every step.

Stage 1 — Site visit and discovery

We visit your home or new possession to take measurements and understand the existing structure, natural light, ventilation, and storage needs. This is also when we have an honest conversation about your budget and timeline so there are no surprises later. We ask about your lifestyle — do you work from home? Do you cook every day? Do you have parents visiting often? — because those answers shape every design decision.

Stage 2 — 3D concept design

Our designers produce photoreal 3D renderings of every room before a single purchase is made. You see the finished space — materials, colours, furniture, lighting — and request changes freely. For full-home projects, we also produce an interactive 360° panorama walkthrough you can explore like a virtual tour. Most clients change something at this stage; that is exactly what it is for.

Stage 3 — Material and furniture selection

We guide you through a curated shortlist of materials, finishes, hardware, and furniture sourced from trusted vendors. Every item is priced transparently in an itemised quotation. There are no hidden costs, no last-minute substitutions, and no "that item is out of stock" surprises after work has begun.

Stage 4 — Supervised execution

Our site supervisor manages day-to-day coordination across carpentry, civil work, electrical, plumbing, painting, and installation. You do not need to chase vendors or be present on-site every day — that is our job. We provide regular photo and video updates so you can follow progress from wherever you are.

Stage 5 — Handover and snag resolution

We do a final walkthrough with you before handing over the keys. Any snags — a door that does not close cleanly, a drawer that sticks, a paint touch-up — are resolved before we consider the project complete. We do not consider the job done until you do.

How much does residential interior design cost in Delhi?

Costs depend on scope, room count, and material grade. As a rough guide:

• A single bedroom redesign: ₹2–4 lakh
• A complete 2BHK turnkey project: ₹8–14 lakh
• A full 3BHK with mid-premium finishes: ₹15–28 lakh

These are ranges, not fixed prices. Every quotation we produce is itemised — material, labour, logistics — so you know exactly what each rupee covers. We work across a range of budgets and will tell you clearly what is achievable within your number before you commit.

How long does a residential project take?

A complete 2BHK turnkey project typically runs 12–16 weeks from design approval to handover. A 3BHK or large villa may take 16–22 weeks. Partial projects — a single kitchen, one bedroom, or a bathroom — are typically completed in 4–6 weeks.
